There are many sleep apps, but only sleep² offers highly precise sleep analysis - almost as accurate as a clinical sleep lab - and effective sleep training based on scientific research.

The brief was for a digital health application that precisely analyzes sleep data, integrates different data sources and translates scientifically founded sleep training into a user-friendly app experience. The solution needed to support sensors as well as data from Apple Health, Google Fit and manual entries.

sleep² combines sleep analysis, structured programs and personalized recommendations in a mobile application built with Flutter, backend, CMS and system integration. Users receive evaluations, training programs, audio exercises, educational content and additional support through a chatbot and science-based sleep content.
