Smart dispenser configuration and digital sales support in one app - efficient, intuitive and built for the future.

The goal was a digital solution that supports customers with hygiene dispenser configuration and efficiently digitizes internal sales and service processes. Different dispenser types, firmware versions and user groups had to be mapped in a consistent, scalable solution.

allaboutapps initially developed two specialized apps for Hagleitner and later merged them into a modular platform with role and permission management. The solution includes Bluetooth control, firmware updates, offline synchronization, digital twin integration, sales workflows and migration to a modern software architecture with SwiftUI and async/await.
