A key challenge was building an app platform for multiple subsidiaries on a shared codebase. At the same time, the individual requirements and brand identities of each company had to be accommodated without fragmenting the user experience.

The Frauenthal apps support ordering, delivery status, stock levels and availability across markets - including offline functionality. The solution was complemented by a central management platform for user and app settings, plus a headless CMS that integrates content via a generic API across apps, webshop and other systems.
