Cross-platform app for visitBerlin - combining public transport ticket, discount card and city guide in one offline-capable Flutter app for Berlin visitors.

The goal was to transform the Berlin WelcomeCard from a classic tourist card into a digital companion for the entire trip. Different ticket models, offline access, accessibility and several connected partner systems needed to interlock precisely, while still delivering one intuitive, seamless mobile experience.

allaboutapps partnered with visitBerlin to build an offline-capable Flutter app that brings ticket purchase, inspiration and city experience together in one seamless user journey. The solution integrates a central data hub and a ticketing backend, structures user flows for the various ticket variants and introduces a scalable Material 3 design system that carries the visitBerlin brand identity into the digital space.
