Your role is to drive software projects to success. You are the central link connecting clients, sales, development, and quality assurance.
You ensure that client expectations and project progress stay aligned, taking full responsibility for timelines and budgets. You maintain constant communication with your clients and cross-functional project teams consisting of designers, developers, and testers. You make sure no questions go unanswered, all necessary information is available, and your projects thrive. As part of the project management team, you contribute ideas, share experiences, and continuously optimize our workflows and processes together with your colleagues.

What we're looking for
- Initial experience in managing software projects (e.g. websites, web apps, mobile apps)
- Degree in a technical or business-related field
- Familiarity with agile software development and Scrum
- Ideally experienced with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello
- Experience with technical SEO and relevant SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, or Termlabs is a plus
- The ability to help teams of smart, motivated people achieve outstanding results
- Excellent planning skills and attention to detail
- A talent for quickly reprioritizing without losing the big picture
- Passion for mobile applications and technical curiosity
- Strong execution focus and commitment
- Fluent German skills (minimum C1 level)
