As a Flutter developer, you work with cutting-edge technology and top-of-the-line equipment to build high-quality cross-platform applications (smartphones, tablets, web). You use Flutter to create interfaces that are both performant and visually compelling - whether for interactive e-commerce solutions, innovative IoT dashboards, or tailor-made applications in the finance and mobility sectors. Beyond development, you advocate for the strengths and possibilities of Flutter in conversations with clients, in collaboration with our sales team, in close cooperation with designers, and in project alignment with managers. You keep an eye on emerging technology trends and ensure our projects stay ahead - both technically and conceptually.

What we're looking for

• Experience in developing mobile apps with the Flutter framework (flutter.dev)
• Strong proficiency in the Dart programming language (dart.dev)
• Hands-on experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, GetX, BLoC, etc.
• Basic knowledge of native Android and iOS app development
• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies in modern mobile and web app development
• Proactive, communicative, and responsible team player with the ability to independently tackle technical challenges
• Published apps in the stores are a plus
• German and English language skills (or willingness to develop them)
